Empowering Students Through Mentorship & Academic Support

Every student deserves someone who believes in their potential.

At Working in Leadership Development (WILD Inc.), we believe students thrive when they have access to caring mentors, dedicated educators, and a strong support system. Through mentoring, tutoring, encouragement, and individualized academic support, we help young people build the confidence, skills, and relationships they need to succeed in school and in life.

Our dedicated mentors, tutors, educators, and volunteers bring their time, knowledge, and experience to every student they serve. More importantly, they bring a genuine commitment to each young person's success. They create supportive learning environments where students feel seen, heard, encouraged, and motivated to reach their full potential.

Through personalized academic assistance and meaningful mentoring relationships, WILD Inc. helps students:

  • Strengthen academic skills and improve learning outcomes
  • Build confidence and self-esteem
  • Develop effective study and problem-solving skills
  • Set and achieve personal and educational goals
  • Build positive relationships with caring adults
  • Develop leadership and life skills
  • Discover their strengths and recognize their potential

We understand that every student is unique and that success does not look the same for everyone. That's why we meet young people where they are, provide individualized support, celebrate their progress, and encourage them to believe in what they can achieve.

At WILD Inc., we don't just help students learn. We help them believe in themselves, discover their potential, develop their leadership, and build stronger futures.
